MEET RCQ ALYSSA
Updated: Mar 25
Alyssa is passionate about life, writing and all things media. Writing has been a creative outlet for her since childhood, and she loves creating poems and short stories that uplift people.
Alyssa had the opportunity to take her love of storytelling to another level while attending Xavier University, where she wrote, produced, directed and edited the short film, Survival—which addressed the topic of race relations and police brutality in the U.S.
After graduation she took her passion of writing a step further with the creation of Alyssa Michaela Faith and Lifestyle blog. There she shares stories to encourage and motivate.
Her inspiration, in her work and in life, is her mother and shero, Lisa. Her mother taught her the importance of using her gifts and talents to honor God and serve people. She has been the greatest example of what a woman should be and feels blessed to have her mother in her life.
When she's not writing and managing various social media channels, you can find her serving as the Media Director at Thy Kingdom Come and doing what she loves most— spending time with her husband, Brian!
Welcome, Alyssa! We can't wait to amplify your voice!
